ROUTINE (March 21 - July 24, 2011)
6:30am – Alarm & Out of Bed
6:45am – Workout: Warm Up/Daily Routine/Cool Down (35 minutes)
Water (32 ounces)
7:30am – Running (per schedule on M/T/W/F)
G2 and/or Hammer Gel and/or Cliff Shot Bloks
9:00am – MEAL 1: Right Light Nutrition Shake (w/water & ice)
BetaGen (1 serving): Strength Building/Recovery
CLA (2 capsules): Essential Fatty Acids for Fat Loss
9:30am – To the Office
11:30am – MEAL 2: EFL “Breakfast” or “Midmeal”
Water (16 ounces)
1:30pm – MEAL 3: EFL “Midmeal” or “Lunch”
Water (16 ounces)
BetaGen (1 serving): Strength Building/Recovery
CLA (2 capsules): Essential Fatty Acids for Fat Loss
4:00pm – MEAL 4: Right Light Nutrition Shake (w/water & ice)
5:30pm – Leaving Office (to be home by 6pm)
