GOALS (March 21 - July 24, 2011)

MY BIG-PICTURE GOALS:

TO FIND OUT WHO I AM .........
physically............ intellectually
................emotionally...............
socially...................... spiritually
............AND TO GIVE IT AWAY!
TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF POSSIBLE!

TO PURSUE MY MISSION FOR LIFE-LONG HEALTH AND HAPPINESS!

MY GOALS FOR THIS CHALLENGE, MARCH 21 – JULY 24, 2010:

TO DO AND BE MY VERY BEST DURING THE NEXT 18 WEEKS!
Participate in an accountability group on a daily basis

Review my goals as well as my plans for training/nutrition daily
Write a daily blog about my progress and setbacks
Read one chapter of Transformation each week

Complete one written assignment each week


TO BECOME LIGHTER AND STRONGER ON THE INSIDE!
Complete all of my back-logged action items on our family business list

Protect one night per week for family business/finances with my husband

Preserve weekly quality time with my husband on date nights and Sundays

Dedicate at least one night per week to train the puppies with my husband

Volunteer at my parish and/or former high school at least once per month

TO BECOME LIGHTER AND STRONGER ON THE OUTSIDE!
Sleep 7- 8 hours nightly
Drink 80 ounces of water daily

Eat 6 clean and balanced meals 6 days per week
Exercise 6 days per week together with my husband
Realize my ultimate physical goals (126-130 lbs; 13-15% body fat)

MY POST-CHALLENGE FEATS OF HUMOR AND ENDURANCE:

COMPETE WITH MY HUSBAND IN THE URBANADVENTUREGAMES.COM (JULY 31)!

RUN THE CHICAGO HALF MARATHON IN UNDER 2:30:01 (SEPTEMBER 11)!
