Never Give up

Hi, Julie - I hope you are feeling worlds better by now. It seems as soon as we commit to this challenge, life seem to say, "Are you sure?" and throws us a curve. You got bronchitis. I pulled a muscle in my chest and could hardly breathe for a week. Are you sure you want to Transform? I think all of us have to answer this question at least once, if not everyday (like me.) Get well, feel better, and re-commit. We're here for you and, hey, this is a lifelong process anyway so it's never too late...Blessings to you. Jackie in Colorado

My Favorite Charity

Diabetes UK. My son was diagnosed with Type 1-Insulin dependent Diabetes 5 years ago at the age of 10. Heartbreaking news. Life for us as a family had to change then and i have spent much of my time and energy looking after him and his condition-it's cons

To me, Transformation Means

In the English Dictionary the word Transfrom means: to change completely the appearance or character of something or someone especially so that they are improved. Thats good enough for me i want 'to be the description' the someone whose appearance improves completely, in mind, body and spirit.

My Goals

To adapt a healthier lifestyle for life, not just for now. To listen more to my heart than my head. To still be running at 70. My dad can at age 74, so can I.

My Intentions

To listen to Bill's good advice and to put it into practice so my goals are met. To share my experience with others and to listen to theirs. Together we can do this!!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone whose prepared to listen and learn!
