Goodmorning Heather~ thank you for your time and support. I agree with you about taking care of me, then there will be more of me to give. It just doesn't feel like that at the moment. I do know I will be a better person if I learn to make myself a priority. It will be better for all. ********************************* Yes, it is more of a perception rather than anyone telling me that I'm being neglectful. The unspoken attitude in the air is difficult and it is not because they don't support me. It has given them more responsibility. The ironic thing is, it wasn't really my resonsibility in the first place, I just have always taken on tasks to make everyones life more simple and peaceful. Co-dependency!!! Urggg. Hello my dear Heather - sounds like Hawaii was just fantastic! So excited to see you had a great time and got lots of walking in. I've been busy, busy with a new job and just started teaching my first college classes. Exercising a good deal (adding a lot of yoga to the mix) and so-so with eating. Refocusing as of March 1! HUGS!

I Am

I am happy, content, inspired & motivated. I am at a great place in my life... happily married for 19 years with 3 beautiful kids & 2 dogs. In 2008 I did 3 challenges and my life is so much better. I am much healthier physically, mentally & spiritually. I have continued to live a very active and healthy lifestyle. It is a journey that is never ending. Transformation is growing and changing into a better ME. Physically, Mentally & Spiritually. It is also about helping others. I truly believe by helping others you not only help them but you continue to help yourself and grow....

My Goals

Since I turn 39 in a few weeks I am dedicating 2010 to a countdown to becoming 40 and Fabulous....I am going to challenge myself to do at least 40 new-exciting-fun things in 2010.

My Intentions

I want to continue to be be physically active...help & encourage others to have succesful transformations. Live life to the fullest!!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Everyone! :) But most especially my children. I hope I can set a good example for my kids...in all sorts of ways....
