A few days ago Denise posted on the forums about a Different Kind of Challenge. I can't help it I have to challenge myself when I work out. When I do my 12 reps and I feel, I know there is more in me to give I push on to 13, 14 or 15. When I run at my high point for one minute I will sometimes push on for more.
