Running S-miles!

I Am
A mother of two beautiful children who have shown me what God's love feels like! I am a woman who listens and feels with her heart, and will forever be present to help anyone who may need an extra hand to hold both spiritually and physically. I am Happy and Grateful!
My Favorite Charity
Susan G. Komen, Breast Cancer Research, My mother, my mentor, is a breast cancer survivor (two times!) and I am so grateful for her still being here with me! She is a constant ray of light helping others... loving and living strong and healthy!
To me, Transformation Means
Whether it is to make a physical &/or spiritual transformation...BELIEVE that you can positively do anything your pure heart desires...as long as you stay on God's path! It also means continuing a healthy balance of giving back as much as you have received in all aspects of life! Transform anything that can bring you down-get rid of unnecessary drama, any negativity... and turn it into a learning life process- to pick you right back up and make you stronger, more radiant, happier, and healtheir than ever!My Goals
I would love to participate in a triathalon one day soon! I also want to spend enough time slowing down, to meditate , and stay strong on the path that God has planned for me.
My Intentions
Opening my heart and be receptive to what my higher spirit has in store. I also want to recognize that God gave me a gift to help others with their life journey. I want to be open, present, and available to help my friends in taking confident life's steps!
Who I'd Like to Inspire
My life has been directed to help as many people as possible in living healthy, more fulfilled lives! In addition...I truly embrace helping moms in finding the right balance of being healthy, patient, and nurturing to themselves and to their children.

Heidi, thank you for your sweet comment on my photo. I looked fierce and energized at the end of the 5K--- now let's see how I look at the end of the 1/2 marathon-- I'm just hoping for breathing and on 2 feet LOL! Happy New Year :)
