Woohoo! I did it!!!
I found out today that I can officially state that I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA.
I am SOOO excited to have achieved this milestone!
If anyone has read previous posts, part of my transformation journey has been to get certified so that I could help others down a path to improved fitness. Well, this was a major step in the right direction!
I also have enrolled part time in university courses in human biomechanics. Well, I also got my first paper back from one of the courses yesterday and I aced it! Woohoo!!!
All this with just about the most challenging year I have had at work in the past 5...like Randy Pausch said: "brick walls are for other people who don't want it as badly as you do".
What do YOU want? Go for it! You DESERVE to pursue your dreams.

Thank you all for your messages. I never thought there would be so much response. I was just exploding last night and I had to let the world know!!! There's never enough good news/vibes going around...thought I'd add some peppering of it. Anyway, I guess I pumped myself up cuz I'm up bright and early to start the next course!
From one ISSA trainer to another...congratulations! You will love sharing your knowledge with others and helping them to achieve their goals--it's a fabulous "job." Good luck!
