The Demand is There! We just need to open our eyes, ears and hearts...

It's amazing how one might think there is no one around that needs support or encouragement...or maybe it's just me not realizing it for some time now.

Since mentioning to about a dozen people at work or just around town that I will soon be certified as a fitness trainer, 5 people (nearly half) have indicated in a serious manner that they are seeking assistance in making positive changes in their lives. These are seemingly successful people who are still left wanting for more! Wow! This journey has really opened my eyes on a number of fronts:

• When in doubt, we should offer assistance or support - most people will never ask.
• We all have value to offer to others just as others can teach us many things or offer new points of view.
• A positive gesture or word is extremely powerful - more than we can imagine - we should use that power often as, by uplifting others, we also enhance our own lives.
• There is much positive energy that comes about from personal accomplishment. By lifting ourselves, we inspire others to do the same.

"Be the Change" resonates with me more with each passing day. I find the power of those three words to be almost overwhelming in their significance.

I can't wait to put this new knowledge to work in helping others create a more fulfilling and rich life for themselves. Only a few short weeks to go...

Wow! I am loving this process of recreation. It's certainly scary, but I'm loving it!
