Wrapping Up Week 1

All things considered, my first week was truly amazing!!  I've done a lot of reading and learning, and I've made some super significant changes!!!*  Went to the market on Friday & used the "Suggested Foods" shopping list.  Love the Myoplex bars & the shakes.  YUM!  I spent a really long time shopping because I just wasn't sure where to find the "healthier" items I was looking for.  I can't...

Day 2

It was a good day!  I've decided to start every day with this attitude.  Don't get me wrong...it wasn't perfect (but then again, nothing is).  I had some bad news re: a career opportunity, but I didn't cry today.  That's a HUGE difference from every day for the past 5 months since I've been unemployed.  There's no worse feeling for me than having awesome interviews & being the #1 candidate only to find out the company...
