I found this page while researching the mental health benefits of physical exercise: http://www.fitness.gov/mentalhealth.htm.More evidence supporting that exercise is better medicine than medicine is!

Thanks so much for your comments on my blog, Ronnie. Your perspective just echos that of our doctor. It is good to know this can be managed. I'm so sorry your daughter has to deal with this. It's hard enough watching David. Hope she--and you!--are doing well. Hanna

Hi Ronnie! (smile) So so sorry to get back to you very late. I repent for it. Please accept my most humble apology. Been studying hard for quizzes, finished 1st paper for Psychology, studying for a final next week in Soc 101, and trying to work on 2 more papers at once. O...and do midnight cardio at the same time, workout, stay sane, and work online too. Sometimes, I'm just shutting down and feeling too exhausted, but still focused.Do you mind if i call you tomorrow, so we can catch up? =) MCG

I Am

My Favorite Charity

Riley Hospital for Children

To me, Transformation Means

Life provides us with unlimited opportunities to always become more than we currently are - more than we've ever been. This is my personal conviction: to the extent that we take advantage of those opportunities life presents us do we capitalize on our potential and affect change in our own lives, as well as in the lives of others. To me, transformation, is about making the CHOICE to change, to affect change, and to maintain the FAITH and DESIRE to see change unfold regardless of imminent challenges and adversities. Life always presents us with choice. It's there constantly. Once the choice is made and followed-through with action, change has taken place, and the end result means that you are so transformed in mind, body, heart, and spirit, even those who know you most intimately, see something unfamiliar, even uncommon about you. They see your transformation - they see change - and desire to transform themselves, too.

My Goals

My physical goal is to lose a minimum of 25 pounds of excess body-fat, while dramatically improving my muscular strength, power, and endurance. I desire to improve my focus and concentration; to become more organized, disciplined, and effective.

My deeply personal, spiritual goal is to devote myself to becoming the man for my girlfriend, Jeni, that she deserves and desires; and to be the greatest father I can be to my children. No one exists outside of these individuals who provide my life with more joy and value and meaning. Above and beyond anything else, I simply desire that when all is said and done, they each know - beyond a shadow of a doubt - how much they are loved by me. When I leave this earth, if that's the only thing they are absolutely certain of, then I'm sure to have achieved the ultimate and greatest success one may aspire to.

My Intentions

To affect change in the lives of those I love. To elicit profound and positive impact in their lives, in their attitudes and values. I desire to empower others with my own passion and faith, persistence and resilience. I yearn for others to become enthusiastic about their own potential and learn to tap into the unlimited inner power that transforms lives.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

First and foremost, my girlfriend, Jeni. My children. My closest loved ones. Anyone who is ready for change and personal transformation.
