"Our problems may seem large or overwhelming from today's perspective. By tomorrow or next month most of them will be resolved in some way, and we may not even remember them." Great words to hold onto when I am not letting go. Lessons I am still learning. Thanks for the reminder.

once again the meditation you shared was great for what I am working on. I am trying to learn to listen to my body and be present in it. To stop abusing it and to respect where I am now. Thanks for posting those words.

How's the new job going Brad? I had no idea we spoke the same "language" of printing. I've been a graphic designer since 1985 and am currently the Marketing Manager at the Museum of Art/WSU. Small world, huh? Please feel free to include me in your contacts and email me at debby_stinson@wsu.edu. I also have designed the print ads, annual reports and billboards for Pullman Regional Hospital here in Pullman. We're always looking for a good, local printer. Sounds wonderful picking up your daughter - by the way - I'm originally from Seattle, so fond memories there for me to. It's been great reading your posts and seeing your progress. I'm certain that your wife and brother BOTH benefited from your healthy commitments. (((HUGS))) and an early HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! Debby

Brad - I loved the photo of Hailey! Aren't kids the best? Let us know how it goes using your blog as a visible record of progress. That's how I started. I'd write a blog and then copy it into the group. So that I had it as a record and was able to inspire others with my progress. Have fun!

I Am

a lucky man! I was born healthy. My parents were hard working North Idaho natives. I attended the University of Idaho and obtained a degree in Communications. I have worked in commission sales since college - newspaper advertising, currently and primarily. My wife and children, Sandra, Matthew, and Hailey are my most important relationships. We have been married for 22 years, and our kids are 20 and 19. Becoming emptynesters is on the horizon for us. My connectiion with T.com and the work of Bill Phillips began again in June of 2010. I cannot say enough good things about his work, and the leaders here who invest their time and talent helping others.
