Stopping by to say hello and wish you a wonderful weekend!! Yes, stick to it and stick to us here! Stay connected!! We are all here to help each other. Do reach out any time and let us know if you have questions. "Shedding the outer protective unhealthy skin" ... boy can I relate to that one. What I found was that "skin" or wall just kept all the awful on the inside and prevented the good from penetrating. One step at a time. You can do this. :0) ~S~

Hi InShapeDad. If there is one thing I can relate to it is giving to others and forgetting to give back to myself. I have learned a lot through my weeks here at T.com and the most important lesson is that I MATTER! So - know this - above all else YOU MATTER. Your family loves you and will watch with amazement as to the transformation you will make before their eyes. You WILL Inspire. You WILL Ignite. You WILL CONQUER everything and the most magical part the universe will take recognition of that and provide plenty of love, compassion, support, and inspiration of its own to you and your family....so glad to have you here. Looking forward to transforming with you ♥Kelli♥

I Am

Father of 3 husband of 1. 6 feet 274.4 lbs.
I tend to give to much to others and not worry about my own needs.
This has turned to health related issues that can be overcome just by being in shape.

I care about staying healthy for myself and family. Would like to reach my spritual goals.

After having a couple of near death experiences, one with health the other on a plane, and seeing many of my own family members leaving this earth early in life, I a determined to help myself and pass on a legacy of health, kindness and great spirituality.

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Shedding the outer protective, unhealthy
skin that has been my emotional, physical and spiritual
block of lifes challenges. Transfomation, well, It is almost like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon and starting a new life. Removing these pounds are not only physical but go way beyond the old emotional habits and triggers I have picked up on my journey over the years.

I am tired of being tired.

Having that new body will give me a spiritual self respect and understanding that cannot be achieved in my current state and for me it goes beyond the sole searching. Yet, when I was younger I always wanted to be liked and was not popular as an elemetary school child due to my overweight condition. I channeled my character to please people
so people could like me. What I was doing was compensating for my internal feelings.

My Goals

Enough Enough of the YO YO Effects.
Realize that when I am stressed or have a challenge I should face it without fear and with confidence and not turn to food for comfort and as a springboard to get away from lifes situations.

At 270 pounds 6 feet, I need to drop between 80 to 100 pounds, But I need to do this at a safe but focused manner that is why I picked up Bills book for the 3 rd time and then searched for the site.Need to lower my blood pressure at 150/96,cholestero at 243 and body fat at about 36%,but I will check it this week. To overcome stress, pain,
sorrow, worries. More to follow as it hits me.

My Spiritual Goal. A day to day progress of how I need to pick my self up and continue. As I write this I do not have one dry tear. I know that the lord always gives us challenges that we all can overcome and handle it is part of our life. This is divine providence intervention, a clue for me to end up at this site and continue my spiritual growth.

My Intentions

Giving has always been my internal drive. The problem I have is I give
what I don't have or give too much and I am now empty handed. Does this make sense? Yes,because in order to help others you must be able
to help yourself first, stand on your own two healthy feet. So my intention is to take care of my self to give from the heart to others and sharing for the good, the happiness and health of the world.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My children and my wife and the community here. Perhaps one day I will write that book that my wife has been bugging me about. Wishing everyone success.
