I Am
I am a mother, sister, wife, granddaughter, friend, and kind stranger who pulls you up on a bad day... I am a nurse, spending my days trying to better the lives of others who are less fortunate in health...I am a deeply spiritual person, who sees the joy and wonder of being in each living thing I encounter...I am forever learning and sharing what I have learned from others.

My Goals
I will achieve what I once thought was impossible....I will complete the goals I set for myself....I will push myself beyond the limits I think I cannot go beyond....I will increase my strength, endurance, and flexibility during this transformation period...I will loose twenty pounds, obtain a body fat level of less than 20%, and be able to run a 5K by the end of this transformation period...and above all I will be proud of the person I will become. In the end I will stand in awe at the amazing life I have created by believing myself and not giving up!

I intend to push myself further than I ever have before....I will live my dreams....
Who I'd Like to Inspire
I want to inspire all the people out there who think no one feels the way they do, no one has ever been in their situation, and that there's no hope. While I may not have been through the same adversities you have, I have experienced the lows and highs of life in my own unique way and I am still here fighting!!! I want to tell everyone don't give up for tomorrow is another day full of possibilities!!!
