My goal is to be HEALTY & STRONG!!! This sounds simple but in reality I know it takes hard work and dedication. I plan on being Healty and Strong for the rest of my being.

I intend to encourage people I meet to be who they want to be. Don't be afraid!! I believe there are so many people that are more afraid to succeed then they are about failing. "Live the Life you LOVE"
Who I'd Like to Inspire
Everyone I come in contact with, especially parents. Parents have the ability, and privilege to instill in their children - how to make healthy food choices, how important it is to go outside and play and to have FUN!!!

Wow! What an awesome "I am" Statement! I am so totally on the same page as you on this! I posted a blog titled "My heart is breaking" and it deals with this very belief. It starts with US we must be the change and change the world...don't look down on those who aren't as pretty, aren't as fit....smile to everyone and let them know you care.
