Thank you for welcoming me. I officially started the Challenge on July 28th this past monday and are doing well so far!!!! I'm in the middle of selling my house right now so I'm not on the computer much. I will be on more next week and will post my first weeks progress!!!! Hope to chat with you soon!!!!!

I Am

I am probably one of the most caring people out there when it comes to my friends and family and the things I care about and believe in. I will do anything for them, to help them, to motivate them, to protect them. Family and friends are everything to me, but i've never put my own self in that category. I've always put myself last and unfortunately it has taken a huge toll on me physically. I think the most important things in life are who you surround yourself with, love, compassion, positive thinking, hard work, dedication to all that you do and want to do, respect, generosity, faith, devotion and the list could go on. What people seem to forget is that in life, it's not all about the mansions, the expensive clothes, the cars, the jewelery, the toys.... those could be gone in an instant, it's about the relationships you've formed, the bonds with other people, the relationships with family, and what you've done to make an impact on life that is important. That's what people remember. But to be able to do any of that you have to be healthy, take care of yourself and be the best, strongest and healthiest you you can be....... SO HERE I COME!!!!!! A little about me personally though... I love the outdoors, spending time with my daughter and hubby, cooking/baking, singing, reading, dancing, various sports, entertaining friends and family and travelling.

To me, Transformation Means

Not only losing weight and building lean muscle, but changing the way you look at life, improving your relationships with friends, family member, co workers and society. It's about becoming the best you you can be, not only for others but for yourself. It's about being positive and having faith that things happen for a reason and if something negative happens, that you do your best to rise above and remember that there is something worse happening to someone else. You have the power to change things so do it....

My Goals

Are to of course lose weight.... in twelve weeks I would like to 25 lbs and build lean muscle, I would like to strenghten my relationships even more with my family and friends, become a better wife and mother, be a better employee, and to learn to take care of myself above all.

My Intentions

To develop a strong plan for my diet and exercise, which have already started, to read my goals everyday, to post regular pictures and post my progress so that i can see it everyday, to involve my family and friends in what i am doing so that I am not only accountable to myself but to everyone i hold dear to me, especially my daughter Tayler.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I have 3 people above all else who I would like to inspire towards a more positive, healthly life and that is my sister, my best friend, and also a close friend at work. But I would also like to be an inspiration to everyone I come into contact with.
