Good experience!

I have gone shopping twice this week.  Earlier in the week we went to the mall.  I saw very cute dresses and tried them on.  I didn't buy.  I did like them but I didn't like the size.  It is pointless for me to buy something that is going to be way too big very soon!Last night we went shopping again.  I bought 5 dresses that are so very cute and sassy!  I looked at myself and could see my new sef forming - insid...

Day 3/Challenge 3

I felt great yesterday all day!  Had lots of energy!!!My issue so far is eating every 3 hours.  Setting my alarm on my phone helps sometimes but sometimes not.  I know this is a must and I need to do this so I can control my eating.Yesterday:Breakfast - none  Lunch - Tropical tuna on whole wheat toasted bread again with a dill pickle.  I love this!Snack - sliced cheese and dill pickleDinner - Went...

Cheesecake/pie

Well, either I did something wrong or this is just not for us!  I did follow the recipe but it just didn't taste good to us.    It is in the EFL book.  I do not like cottage cheese and the recipe uses cottage cheese.  However, my husband loves cottage cheese.  Who knows!  Just our opinion though.  But we would love to find one we like that isn't so unhealthy!!!!...

Day 2/Challenge 3

Day 1 of Challenge 3 (2nd go around)

I start this in the morning.  I have to say I am nervous.  Some days I don't eat at all and some days I binge.  I really am going to have to plan this week out.  Diet cokes.....hmmmmmm.....tough one.  I need to make a list and go to the store.  I think I will buy a brand new water bottle.  I need food that take little effort to prepare if any prepaing at all....

Day 1/Upper Body

Well, I made it through!  Not a perfect workout by any means but I completed it!I got up on my own at 5:30, before my husband, and without an alarm clock.  Ate 1 piece of toast with NATURAL peanut butter (it taste the same actually - to me anyway), and drank 20 ozs. of water.  Started my upper body exercises at 6 and completed them around 7:20.  I feel like it took me a lot longer than it should have, but I did it!The exe...

Exercise

Complete!
