I Am
FLYing! An acronym from a famous author that means, "Finally Loving Yourself." I am 43, still working out to Rocky's Theme, thrilled with life, happily married to a wonderful man. I am a family therapist and singer, I love my town, Houston, and enjoy its parks and museums. I love walking with my clients. I love being part of this wonderful community!

To me, Transformation Means
...letting my true self burst through the chrysalis. Letting the part of me that is most connected to Spirit shine through, and reach out to anyone who is hurting or lonely and show them that by aligning with their higher purpose, they can be completely content.
My Goals
I pledge these new goals to myself and my community:
To put God first and foremost in my life.
To become an even better person, wife and community member.
To further the mission of T.com in any helpful way I can.
To integrate fitness into the therapy that I practice.
To inspire my family members to better health.
To prepare myself mentally and physically to adopt a child.
To meet the Italian cousins that I've never met in Italy by 8/10.
To continue co-hosting Houston get-togethers with my fellow transformers to spread T.com support and love.
To attain my physical goal of 18% bodyfat and maintain a bodyfat percentage of 20%.
To take a picture with the Transformation Team once I reach my goals!!!
My Intentions
To flip the switch inside me to "self love" and translate that into love for my family, community and the whole world. I don't have the luxury of any more negative thoughts about myself. I have healing to do.
