Nothing says success like a face can!

I've noticed as I'm sure everyone has, that most if not all before pictures show a face that is sad, depressed, dark, and sick looking. Then the after pics. you see a face that is bright and happy, looks younger and glows with radiant skin etc. This is what transforming from the inside is all about....

I am now officially announced as the 3rd runner up in the Canadian Body for life challenge 2008. See my goals I wrote back in June. Things really do come true when you write them down. http://www.eascanada.com/Article.asp?Page=653270

Welcome to Transformation!  If you should ever need anything, a shoulder to lean on or just an encouraging word to inspire you to make it through a tough day.  I am an email away.  May God bless you and keep you always. ~Kimberly

I Am

I discovered Body for Life in 1999 when the book was first released in Canada. I did the Challenge in 2000 after already starting the program in 1999. I lost 45lbs in some 5-6 months. I learned a great deal of tools during my transformation then, that have helped me get through some very difficult challenges in my life since then. However .........life still got me down at times with mental challenges and episodes of severe depression. So I gained back much of my former weight loss. Now, just a month ago I completed another challenge and it's been almost 9 years since I first learned about Body for life and it's still the right program for me. When ever my life gets out of balance, I know I just have to get back to the basics. Now, at almost 42, I feel awesome again and I feel this time I have overcome some huge setbacks so that my life is all moving forward in a "Win - Win" direction again. Thanks so much to Bill for creating Body For Life, and I now have a life again!
