I love your "I am" statement! Very well said! That is what this is all about anyway...not money...its about change, changing ourselves so that we can help change the world. What we all do makes a difference! We just reach out our hand and help another without wanting anything in return and that is truly the best spent life. Help ourselves, so we can help others! Welcome! I am glad you found your way here.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. The site is amazing! Where else do you find this much collective positivity and willingness to help strangers, without reward and without being asked? The rest of the world should take a lesson and model itself after this site.

I Am

I am a person who has struggled successfully and unsuccessfully with weight. I've gotten physically better, but never really have succeeded to what I know is inside....what I truly am capable of. I'm committed to bust through if for no other reason that I've never truely been there. I do it for myself, for my family and for my God. I really don't care about the personal cash, the commitment isn't about that kind of reward. I was excited about the charity - mine would go to the Cambodian Children's Fund - a rescue mission that helps people with absolutely nothing. To do this effort and to have it go to this cause is just an added blessing to what I have already received.

To me, Transformation Means

A spiritual awakening. In fact, I see it as the connection between body, mind and spirit - for me, it opens up my identity. Although it isn't always an uplifting feeling, but that too is a interesting realization. Again, for me, to not like something shows where my weaknesses lie, because we always shy away from pain or discomfort. Breaking through is an absolutely euphoric feeling - I've seldom felt a better feeling of success. So when I don't like exercises for the back, it is because it is a weak muscle and that is exactly where I ought to focus my effort. IF I struggle with running, I know it is only a matter of time until I win through it. But it is also an opportunity to be an example to others. To do my best, to look my best and to the best I can be. It represents honor to myself, honor to those around me and honor to my Creator.
