The knowledge of oneself. Plato's "Allegory of the Cave" sums it up pretty well.
More specifically, for one to get in touch with the construct they have created, that is "mind" and to understand that it is a machine, not who they are. Getting in touch with identity, separating mind/body/spirit and then consciously putting it together.
My Goals
Short term, get a six pack.
Long term, to do as much good as many of my role models eg Bill Phillips and Paul Newman.
My Intentions
Change a lot, I'm curious and open minded. I want to help people realize that they are more than they think they are.
