And I say to you being friends might be hard if you make such poor choices in the teams you choose to root for. I Am

I'm a wife to an incredibly loving and supportive husband and a mother to three wonderful children ages 7, 4, and 20 months. For the past 7 years my life has been devoted to my family. I'm a stay-at-home mom and love my job. I've gotten to witness first-hand all the precious "firsts" of our children and nurture them as they learn and grow. Before getting married and having children I loved being outside, playing sports, and I prided myself on physical fitness. Unfortunately, with the day-to-day hustle and bustle of life my needs fell by the wayside to make room for everyone else. Don't get me wrong...it was definitely a worthwhile sacrifice but now I'm at a point in my life where I feel it's my turn again. Mental, physical, and spiritual health is something I believe is incredibly important...and MOST importantly I believe it is something that I can achieve with the support of my family. Ultimately, my health reflects what I will soon be able to do with my family with increased energy, stamina, and truly enjoying each day to its fullest.

To me, Transformation Means

An all-encompassing change comprised of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The mind must change first and foremost. With drive, ambition, and determination the others will follow. In order to be transformed I believe you must have the whole package.

My Goals

Shed 30 pounds of body-fat by January 26, 2011 (My birthday is January 28th...so what an AWESOME PRESENT to give myself!!!!)
Decrease body fat percentage from 34.5% to 15%
Achieve noticeable abdominal muscle definition
Complete the Madison Marathon May 29, 2011
Be truly happy with myself
NEVER GIVE UP!!!! FOLLOW MY DREAMS, GOALS, AND AMBITIONS TO FRUITION!

My Intentions

Eat 6 well-balanced meals daily
Drink at least 84 oz water daily
Perform weight training exercises 3 days/week
Perform cardio exercise 6 days/week (running and spinning)
Review goals daily
Visually picture being transformed by January 26, 2011
