Great Day!
Week 9 Day 60
Much more energy today right from the get go compaired to yesterday but thats behind me. Tomorrow I am heading up north to go camping in the BWCA (Boundry Waters Canoe Area) for a much needed little vacation away from the city life.
Is this going to stop me from being healthy when I'm gone?
Not at all, I have been prepairing for this for weeks. I have my excercise bands packed, Jump rope is packed & not to mention all of the paddling I will be doing in the boat so I will be set on cardio & I will need to be a little creative on muscle training but I will figure something out!! Meals are covered as well so I'm able eat clean while away.
Whats different then.......technology, I will not have access to any cell coverage or internet!! The only type of technology I will have with me is my flares in case of an emergency & a map of the lake thats about it. I can not wait! I'm heading out tomorrow afternoon after my UBWO.
P.S. I however will miss My T Buddys!!

wish i could go.. I need a vacation as well. Do the good ol' staple workouts, squats, pushups, crunches. You can never go wrong with those, and those build so much strength that when you get back into the gym after your vacation you will be surprised at your gains. Forget about what muscles groups you are working for the week, just do those exercises everyday to change it up completely and see how you shatter any plateaus you may have been in. Great Job by the way. you are killin it.. enjoy your vacation.
Have fun at the BWCA!!! That picture made me homesick... I grew up on Lake Vermilion.. ;) I hope the weather is perfect for you. Great job planning for this, btw... :) Janelle
