Hi Jan! Today, after my weigh-in, I just felt so much better about myself. Throughout this past month I've been feeling healthier and happier than ever. Knowing that people can look at me and know that I've lost weight the healthy way can encourage someone else-that's what keeps me going! :D Arlyn
