Hey I forgot to welcome you> so cool or is it to have another family member. I hope you enjoy yourself around here and really work hard to take care of yourself!! Love your family! Marty

Hello Marty, seeing what you have done speaks volumes about what people are capable even at an advanced age. I also hope the people whose mantra is "every body is different and I can't" realize that while everybody is different we are all human and thus capable of anything we set our minds to. We just have to change the way we think and the rest falls into place.

I Am

I am smellin' like a rose that some body gave me on my birthday death bed....oh yeah, I am a 29 year old man who believes in truth, honor justice and the American way. I was raised on stories of King Arthur and his Knights of the round table, John Wayne and a line from "A Tall Tale" Protect the weak, defend the defenseless and never spit in front of women nor children.......spit!. I love my wife and two boys to death. We raise yellow labs and treat people with the respect they deserve. I love my family and am very proud of my father and my sister for the people they are and have become, you could say our family is a lot like John Wayne toilet paper. If you never heard the joke that's okay. I love the outdoors, fishing hunting, training labs and now I am learning to care about my self.

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Transformers? No, thinking along the lines of a fit, successful, happy, intelligent, compassionat, winner and believing that is who I am.

My Goals

1. Reach peak fitness what ever the scale happens to read. 2. Allow myself to obtain greater drive through reaching the goals I set forth. 3. An Increase in confidence in my self and abilities through the transformation journey. 4. Set a positive example for my family, my boys and any others receptive enough to notice and understand.

My Intentions

I intend to acheive my goals.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire my wife and children. My 10 year old boy Brian especially. He wants to be starting pitcher on his team.
