Im glad that my story has thrilled and inspired you. Stick to the plan and you will definately ,100% be able to get off those meds. Inches and weight loss are nice, yet health is the best gift I have ever given myself. Keep your confidence high, and your will power strong and you will no doubt give yourself the same awesome gift. If you ever need anything feel free to drop a line and ask. Congratulations on your new beginning.

I Am

I'm the daughter of two wonderful parents who taught me the most important thing is having a strong faith in God. That has helped me through the most difficult times in my life. I'm the wife of the one person on this earth who truly "gets" me. I'm the primary caregiver of my mother-in-law who suffers from dementia/alhzeimers. I care most deeply about faith, family and friendships.

My Favorite Charity

Alzheimers Association http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6lA1P2tF0o

To me, Transformation Means

Truly changing from the inside out. I've gone through several rounds of BFL since 2000 and kept the weight off for 5 years. Then divorce, remodeling, remarraige, excuse after excuse,,,,,,,the weight came back on quickly and my self esteem took another sharp decline. I'm ready to break that cycle and get ALL of my life in order. I want so badly to break bad habits and get my entire life on track, that's why I'm so excited to do Bill's Total Transformation program. He helped me when nothing else seemed to help with my weight gain and self esteem. Now it's time to work on the ENTIRE person, spiritually, mentally, and physically.

My Goals

Lower my blood pressure Size 12-size 4 and stay there Throw away the scale Stop the procrastination in every portion of my life. Strengthen my relationship with God and others at church and home. Really, really understand why I keep falling back into the same bad habits and learn to overcome them once and for all. Increase my self esteem Support those around me and share the things I've learned. Be a bigger advocate for my mother in law and learn more about her disease so I know how to be a better caregiver. Become more financially responsible so we can enjoy retirement !!

My Intentions

Exercise first thing when I wake up so I don't waste the entire morning. Update my blog daily with my game plan for the day/week and what I'm feeling as I go through the transformation process. Start attending support groups for Alzheimer's caregivers. Attend financial seminars to get things straight. Get other important papers in order. Get my house in order,,,,,clutter gone, closets organized. House straightened at all times so I can have anyone in and not have to feel embarrased about the mess.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

First and foremost,,,,,,,my husband. He hates to exercise and doesn't see the need to. He's always been thin his entire life until we got married 2 years ago and now has put on 30 + pounds. It's causing him backaches and he hates buying new clothes, but until he's ready to make the change, I can't pressure him. I'm praying that my example and my transformation will be enough to get him to consider small changes so we live a long, healthy life together. I'd also like to inspire anyone who has fallen into a pit of despair, self doubt and loathing and show them there is a way to climb out and stay on top once and for all.
