Jenny, my sweet beautiful Jenny. What I wouldn't give for one of your hugs right now. In two hours I will be leaving to go out of town for a couple of days and won't have access to a computer. I wanted to get a note off to you and tell you that you are important in my life and I love you very much. Everett

I Am

God's masterpiece. God does not make junk!

I am the caretaker of my mother in law who gave me the most wonderful gift... her son. I'm an artist who is thankful to make a living doing what she loves. I'm comfortable wearing leathers riding my Harley or wearing the fanciest dress for a night on the town. I care deeply about faith, family and friendships.

My Favorite Charity

Make a Wish/Lutheran Church of St. Andrew

To me, Transformation Means

To me, transformation means a permanent change in how I've been treating my body by not exercising and eating to excess. It means learning to really love myself for who I am not for what others might think of me. Marty Goldman said it all----It all boils down to...How much do you really, really love yourself and how much do you really, really, really care about yourself? How much do you really know that you matter? Because if you know that you matter and if you know that God loves you....I mean absolutely loves you and has created you, how could you NOT take care of yourself? How could you NOT do that? Thanks Marty !

My Goals

My goals are to finish a challenge,,,,,,,all 18 weeks. Marty's words above really hit home. It is my goal to learn to accept who I am and learn to love myself the way God loves me. It is my goal to stop fretting over the past and learn to live in the moment. I've learned the hard way that I really need to improve on my time management skills, and I believe that is KEY to my success in the transformation process. My physical transformation goals are to lose 30 pounds and get my high blood pressure under control.

My Intentions

In my first transformation attempt, my physical transformation was going along just fine, but then the tough questions came up and I just couldn't seem to get past them and eventually I ended up reverting back to my old habits. I started and stopped so many challenges throughout the past several years. My first intention is to FINISH what I started. My second intention is to stop worrying about the past and live each day in the moment. My third intention is to continue organizing and de-cluttering my house and my life!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

First and foremost my husband, then everyone and anyone who is open to a lifetime of limitless possibilities !! Learn to love yourself and the rest will follow!
