This is a news clip about a club I started to help BFL Transformers complete their 12 week BFL challenge.
I challenge all of you to start your own Transformation club. It is easy, just start a book club at a local library or book store and help your community become healthy. Any book store will welcome you with open arms. In the process you will become a Role Model.

Well the clip I wanted to upload was over the 10MB limit. So I have added this news story of when I won the 2001 BFL championship. I will try to get the other story posted somehow.

Awesome Jerry, Thanks for sending me the link I never saw it before. I'm still trying to figure out how to get my Southern Edition Group going, I have talked to many people in my area and so far nothing is ready for this. I'm not giving up though. Our Library said no, and we don't have a book store except wal-mart. Even my gym won't allow it unless they are members of the gym. It's just hard to get things like this going in a small area.
