I'm a proud father, a husband and a girls softball coach. I'm so proud of my 2 children one of which is a college athlete and has made a transformation of her own by losing more than 50 lbs. in 2 years. It's my turn to follow suit and show my players that anything is possible when you set a goal and do everything you have to in order to acheive your goals. I need to get back in touch with my self being and lose the weight and get healthy so I can continue to help my student- athletes acheive their goals of playing in college.
