Hi, Jo! Thanks for stopping by. I did have a cold last week, but the good health and energy have returned now. I'll probably start the challenge on the 21st. I'll be in it to finish it, too. Are you still in the Houston PD motorcycle gang? Hope you are doing well, too. I miss the little get-togethers. Let me know if do in runs in Texas this year. (((HUGS))) ~ Larry

Hi JoAnna! Some friends are so loyal & you are one of them. I have been gone for about 6 weeks, but am back again. It's time to revive!!! I hope my journey will be of better success w/ friends like you in it. BTW, I have not tried the muffins yet. I have not done much of anything, but try to survive these last 2 months. I hope to try them this week as things return to normal. Thank you for reaching out to me. It truly was a life saver, even though I didn't respond at the time. Hugs, Sherri

Hey there! Question? When using steel cut oats in the muffin recipe, do you cook the oats first, or grind them to powder? I can't see those pellets working as a batter?I bought the powdered milk, fruits & oats. Ready to bake my heart out. :-) Sherri

OMGosh! I'm so embarrassed. Mellie hates that name. I can't even imagine disrespecting her like that. Well I'm off to my nephews 3rd bday party & then a bon fire tonight. Life is very good! I love seeing you in group too. Hugs, Sherri

I Am

My name is Jo Anna and I am a young and active woman who loves to ride my bike, run, workout at the gym and to do service for others. I'm a changed woman from just one year ago when I was on the edge of giving up on life and in a dark place in my life. I am working really hard on spending time with God everyday and learning to trust, believe and have faith in my Higher Power who only wants best for me. I never had God in my life until a year ago so I'm still in the learning process of being a more spiritual person. I love animals and I have one cat, Beechnut and I have one God-dog and name is Blue Bee Sisneros. I love that dog like she is mine..I get to ride my motorcycle for work and I work with a great group of guys and I'm blessed for that. I am grateful for all the people in my life who have loved and supported me uncondtionally this past year, especially Mellie and my sponsor...

My Favorite Charity

OA and RFA, SPCA

To me, Transformation Means

To me transformation mean to me to make changes in my life each and every day that is going to change me into a more spiritual person and to continue to grow emotionaly, physically and spiritually healthy the rest of my life. Transformation means to turn into the woman that God had intended me to be without addictions and to live Gods will, not mine. This challenge I want to transform physically as I have changed so much mentally and emotionaly in the last 2 challenges. I have been thrown a big challenge as I have a groin injury that is making it harder for the moment but I will prevail.

My Goals

My goals are to eat healthy, think healthy, live healthy, to stay abstient from four, sugar and wheat and to live every day like there is no tomorrow because God does not promise us another day on earth. I will be a more toned and defined muscular woman who looks like a healthy person who takes care of her body. I will continue to do service for others each and every day I'm alive. I will not let anything, any injury etc get me down or depressed as I will never go back to that life again. I will be honest and compassionate to everyone and I will tell my friends how I feel about them and not hold it in. I will love everyone as God intended us to do, even our enemies.

My Intentions

I will serve God and others on a daily basis
I will reach out for help and be totaly honest with myself and others.
I will work on not being so shy (this has improved) and continue to reach out to one stranger a day even if its to say hi to help me not be so shy.
I will do all the assignments and get on tcom everyday to encourage others.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire my brother and his family who are overweight (my nephew is healthy) and don't live a healthy life style. I would love to inspire the people who I work with as many (not in my squad) that don't eat right. I would like to inspire anyone on tcom who I can and support them unconditionaly...
