Joe, I said the same thing, but the circumstances made the move something that I couldn't say NO to. Turns out, the kids love it, the schools are excellent and quite simply, the weather just can't be beat!!! We hit 81 and sunny yesterday......

Thanks Joe!!! I use my blog as a place to keep track of my progress (as I am sure most do), but it's more for me to stay focused than anything else!!! Just moved to FL from Boulder (Longmont actually) a few months ago....I sure don't miss the cold weather....LOL

Hi, thanks for the encouraging words you left on my blog. I heard a funny energetic guy named Joe on the transformation talk show on radio and guessed it wAS YOU. I am so glad Bill created that so we can listen at a different time. I listened to 2 today to stay focused and encouraged. I better get off here and get to my 2nd assignment. We can't change someone else's thinking for them. Today my sister told me she had gained 3 pounds and was thinking of doing Atkins. I dunno...having gastric bypass and then doing Atkins...somethin' ain't right :) I have considered having the surgery (or Lapband) in the past. I am sooo glad I decided against it. "Change your mind...change your body!" We have the right tools and support right here on T.com! I'm off to my little workout studio for my UBWO Have a great one! -Karyl
