Day 24 of 128...Saturday morning..5:20ish....just popped out of bed again.  I mixed up one of my last scoops of Fast Twich and I now have 20 minutes to make something happen here!I am shocked at how easy the last 23 days have gone.  This morning the scale read 175 and 18.3%.  I believe I was below 18.5% body fat for maybe a week in 2008 and that was the last week of my transformation and it was an all out sprint -- 10ish ...
