I am an ex-football player that struggled with his weight after football. I transformed my body back in 1999 where I went from 230lb to 215lb. Reducing my bodyfat from 21% to 8.34% in 12wks of motivated workouts and eating. I have fallen off of the bandwagon several times since then. Trying to get back on track at 43 and stay on track. I started my new transformation in September at 238 and look forward to meeting my goals in November (231lbs). I love to travel with the family and I love to coach. God is my source and there is no other. I have ventured into a business that is Christian based that have been a blessing as well and I would like to share with any and everyone that may have lost their job or looking for extra income streams.
