The Hardest Part Of My Workout

I am ready to start the new CHALLENGE.  The hardest part for me seems to be getting started.  I joke with my friends and family that the hardest part of my workout routine is rotating 90 deg. and putting my feet on the floor.  After that everything is easy.

Hi John! Today was good. I spent 20 minutes with Billy Blanks this morning (Tae bo), which about kicked my butt, but I made it through. I also did pretty well with my water (108 ounces). I made the Zesty Italian Chicken for dinner and the Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert... YUM! I'm glad I bought another copy of the book before I went shopping. One day down, 125 to go for Challenge #1. YEAH!!! Thanks for checking on me - I really appreciate it. I hope you had a great day, too!

Hi John! I've got BFL, plus the Success Journal, but I can't find my copy of EFL. Ugh! I'll have to go buy it again, because I think it's really important having meals that actually taste good! My hubby decided to get on board and do this with me, which is nice. So I'm going to swipe some of the recipes from the site (ha ha) and make up that shopping list. Can't wait for Monday!!! I hope you're having a great day! Lori

Good luck meeting your Nov goal!!!!

Hey John, So you're in San Joe! (As my brother and I refer to it. We're dorks! What can I say? Lol!) You're a neighbor. That's cool. I know what you mean about wanting to do something, but the equipment malfunctions or things go haywire. Don't worry. Your heart is into getting the pictures posted and that is what counts. Take some time to get everything charged and ready to go. If it takes until the weekend, then so be it. The steady progress will keep your sights on the goal of getting the pics posted, and beyond! Remember, progress not perfection. Have a blessed day my friend, Your sis in Christ, Adriana

Hi John, and welcome! =) Thank you so much for your comments to my blog, and to the post about my son's challenges. I really appreciate your kind words, and your encouragement. It does mean a lot to me. I'm glad your wife is strong when it comes to dealing with school politics. It is really draining at times, but it must be done. Please stop by anytime. We are all here to help each other and offer some great support (as you have done for me already. Thank you). Keep up the good work on your transformation. You are right, with God's help, we CAN do it. God bless, Adriana
