I Am
I am a 26 year old wife and mother of 4 (all 3 years and under), co-owner of a Restoration and Cleaning business together with my husband, a care taker and co-dependant who finally is starting to take care of herself. I care about my relationship with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and want to be able to see myself the way they see me. I care about my husband, children, extended family and friends. I want to be a positive influence in everybody's life that I come in contact with. I want to fulfill the measure of my creation.
T2 update:
I am a daughter of the living God. I am an agent of change. I am a reflector of light. I am a co-creator of life. I am a seeker of truth.

To me, Transformation Means
I believe I was a spiritual being before I received a body, so transformation to me has to be spiritual first and foremost. I have made progress in letting my Heavenly Father start healing my spirit and I am now ready to take it to the next level with this transformation challenge.
T2 update:
To completely align my will with my Heavenly Father's, to shed the natural (wo)man and live up to my divine potential.
My Goals
To become healthy and strong and energetic. To feel beautiful and confident in a swim suit. To finally have the body that reflects who I am inside....and to outrun my kids....for once!
T2 update:
Loose another 35lbs at least
Tone and firm up especially my tummy
be in the best shape of my life, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually
discover more of who I am at my core and live a more authentic life

My Intentions
My intention is to take full advantage of the support and encouragement and the tools offered to me through this program and then in turn help as many other people on their journeys as possible.
T2 update:
My intention is to focus strongly on my own transformation, so that I can be an inspiration, help and support to others by example, by walking the walk, rather than talking the talk.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
My husband, my father, my mother in law and especially all other moms who think they will never get their body back after having kids, or who never had the body they wanted in the first place.
T2 update:
My daughters, so they will grow up with a healthy body and self image, learning to care for themselves, always knowing that they are loved and accepted.

It was nice talking to you again Juliane. You have such a slow, soft voice. It is very calming.
