You can do what it takes if you are willing to let go of the things that are not working in your life and replace them with new habits that serve you. Have you done lesson #1 yet? I Am

I am 34. A mother to a beautiful daughter who is 7 and a great husband. I am about 80 pounds over weight and need a change. I have been reading studying and learning about everything spiriutal enlightenment to self help, financial studies and the body For Life contest 3 times, The first time was the best but then fell back into my old routine. I come to a conclusion that the one things I think I am missing is the physical part to my life. I have learned a lot of stuff but I am not practiceing any of it. I believe it's becuase I still do not have a good self esteem becuase of my weight and how I eat. I do workout very well, but my eating habits are not good. Everything has really come home to me seeing my daughter now struggling with her weight as well as my husband. I do not want my daughter to go threw the challanges I went threw as a child and still do to this day. I have been watching my family fall part from eating poorly, lack of excerises etc. I want to make a change so I can live a great life and help inspire others espicially my family and show them it can be done. My husband has always been the one to motivate me and inspire me to always acchive my best and I am seeing him losing his spirit and ambition in life and I know I need to make a big change to help him as much has he has helped me over the years. I also need to do this for myself so I can fullfill my purpose hear on this earth. We only get one shot at it, why not do it right. Like we were talking at our church this past week...What kind of legacy are you going to leave. Thank so much Bill for always continueing to inspire us. You have kept me going, I always keep trying, I do fall but listen and hearing from you get's me up again and keep moving as well as all theses great people who accomplish these goals and overcoming great challanges. To me, Transformation Means

Transformation means to me to be a changed person from the inside out Spiritualy, Mentally, Phisically, Emtionally. To face your fears, as a good friend once told me (On the other Side of your fears lies your freedom. You must first love your self to then truly love others, to see the good within every person. To look within someones soul, to see the true potential of someone instead of how someone looks.

My Goals

My goals are to lose 80 pounds of body fat, to get my Body fat % down to 20%. to have a toned, healthy body. To learn to let go of past and present experiances and not take them personally. To always look for opporunities in every challange I come in contact with.

My Intentions

To work 1000% at becoming the women I was ment to be inside and out. To get up even when I dont feel like it. To eat what I plan, (I eat to live not live to eat). To get my workouts done before anything else in my day even when I am tired. To journal and always continue to learn and be an example for my daughter and show her how she can do it to. To bring back great health so that one day soon I can give Abigail a brother and sister.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My Daugher, My Husband and both our families and all those who struggle everyday with health and weight issues.
