Thank You Juliann for your kind words on my blog. The list of grateful things works wonders for me each day. With 3 little kids, a full time job, a house, a dog, friends, husband, and just life I have a hard time keeping focused on what is REALLY IMPORTANT. Writing the gratitude things each day keeps me grounded emensly and helps me push through each day with joy instead of burdens. Katie

I Am

My name is Julie Elliott. I am a mother of a beautiful fun loving 9 year old Girl and a wife to a wonderful husband Ed Elliott. I have a business where I am able to work from home and I am very thankful for that.

I have been battleing my weight for many many years and I am trying to find the courage and strength to get it done this time. I always get very close but then a rebound back to where I started.

I would like to lose about 90 pounds and tone up and be healthy and active so I can live life to the fulliest and right to the day I am called, not suffering in pain and sickness like I see all to often.

I love to workout and inspire people with greating a great life which I have been doing okay at except the eating part of my life and well I need to workout more as well. I love learning and meeting new people and traveling. I am coming up on my 36 Birthday and I would love to really make that change and not be fighting my weight into my 40's.

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation to me means becoming new whole and balanced. A new mind (new way of thinking) a new life. To become the Julie I was ment to be the way God had created me to be, full of life and love and passion in everything I do.

My Goals

My goals are to lose 90 pounds of body fat, to get my Body fat % down to 20%. to have a toned, healthy body. To learn to let go of the past and present experiances and not take them personally. To always look for opporunities in every challange I come in contact with. To live life to the fullest.

My Intentions

To get up early and make a an hour of holy time to read, meditate, prayer and journal. To plan my workouts in early and plan my meals and workouts.
