Lost 2lbs finally! Keep going and it will happen.....it maybe slow but its taken 6 years to regain 50lbs. So if it takes time to get it off again I am ok with it.

Easily distracted.
Over the last 2weeks I have been doing more exercise and eating better than I have in several years. But I get easily distracted......Work is especially distracting. I work 12hours shifts 3-4 in a row some are 7p-7a and others are 7a-7p I have no ambition to get up earlier either way to exercise. Fr...

It was busy last week with family activities. Ate and exercised fair. Went to the gym today 25min cardio.
Did not sleep well and getting ready for my 4th 7p-7a. Did not get my aerobics in today.
June 25th. UBWO 5/25 I did it!!!! I started!!
Worked 7p-7a did good till 5am donuts looking at me.... ate 1/2 of a cream filled donut. Usually I would have eaten the whole thing or two.... so I feel good that I controlled myself. Drank water during my shift when I could. No formula exercise today, a few yoga stretches before showering for work. Nite 2 of 4 7p-7a. Will pack a meal for the middle of the night meal.
Good saturday morning. Did 5/25 aerobics this morning. Following the eating plan set up in Bills Book.
Walked 40min today 15min brisk the rest was relaxing. Stretched when returning. I am now working on a menu and a grocery list.
