Exercise One

Alright, It is about time i sat down to do my exercise one. The picture is a couple of weeks old. I still Weigh the same.

 

What I See and Feel:

  • Fat
  • Soft
  • Lazy
  • Tired
  • No Energy
  • Not Motivated
  • Boring
  • Unfit
  • Slob
  • Off My Game
  • Confused
  • Beaten Down
  • Unkempt

In My After Foto I would like to see:

  • A flatter Stomach
  • Better Posture
  • More Defined Chest
  • Smaller Love Handles
  • Bigger Arms.

I would like to Feel:

  • More Self Confident.
  • Energetic.
  • Fit.
  • A better father through more energy and Ideas of things to do with them.
  • I have a job that will challenge me mentally and become more savy with newer technologies.
  • I set a good example for my Children in the areas of fitness and nutrition.

*Y*E*A*H* to you for jumping in and facing the fear!!! Put a copy of that list on your bathroom mirror so you see it as you begin each day, just to remind yourself of where you are headed. You DO have everything you need to accomplish this and so much more. Melodi just posted a wonderful exerpt from The Greatest Miracle in the World by Og Mandino. I hope you'll read it!
