I Am

I am married to the most wonderful man in the world (seriously). I have one child, Scott, who is 21! Whew, that makes me sound old, but I'm NOT! :-) I have an awesome extended family and the best in-laws in the world!! I love fitness and everything about it. I hope to inspire and educate others who are struggling with dieting and exercise as I do/did. My ultimate goal is to have my own business where I can educate women over 50 who have never been exposed to fitness or proper nutrition. It is one of the greatest feelings in the world to watch someone's spirit lifted when they feel hopeless and start turning into a beautiful person. :)

My intentions are pure. Never ever try and be fake. My intentions are to be the best that I, Elizabeth, can be and not compare myself to others. God has a great big plan for me and I intend to follow where he leads.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Everyone but especially the women I come into contact with who don't believe in themselves. What a gift it is to see their life change before your very eyes when they start making the commitment to change.
