Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would love to inspire people to see that aging is a positive thing. It is possible to live in a strong & healthy body with a bright and open mind through all the years. It's all about what we think, remaining active, and great nutrition. Aging with grace & pride is where it's at and I'd like to be the example of just that!
