Kelly!!! Thank you for stopping by. It's so good to hear from you. You're right, it has been a long time. I hope you are enjoying this holiday season in sunny South Africa. Right now it is snowing here and it is so beautiful. I have spent the day taking my children's snow clothes on and off. By the time I get the last one dressed the first one is ready to come back in and then we start all over again. LOL... They're having so much fun playing in the snow but they haven't figured out how to stay warm while doing it. Wishing you happiness and success in the comming year. I Am

I believe in listening to that inner voice and monitoring the channels it talks on and when I gained 6 dress sizes and 16kg in a short space of time - I knew the inner me was shouting out to be taken noticed of - this is me opening my eyes :-)

i'm 32 and have enjoyed many different lifestyles which I've loved and cherished and been eternally grateful for. The last 2 years have been tuff n ruff and I finally realised I had fallen into the trap of merely surviving! kind of caught me unaware's ;-) so i kick started the BFL on 9 Feb 2009 and have been working through various reading materials i have collected over the years ... but i just knew i had found "Home" when i came across thise site!! whoop whoooop !!

I am blessed to have the universe lead me here at THIS moment for it is now that I am ready. I am open and ripe for a total transformation - THIS is my year! no excuses, no crutches, no more. I am that person I feel inside and it's time to bring me into this crazy befuddled world of ours so she can work some magic (",)
