I Am

I am Grateful. I am working to be a caring, compassionate, and healthy person. I want to be the change I wish to see in our world. Throughout my life, I have had some great success as well as some miserable failures. But through it all I have grown to understand the importance of living to share goodness; from all aspects of health to treating others well to being grateful and to caring for our planet. I still have much to learn, but also know that we share a common experience of life, and can each add to the goodness of the world in our own, unique ways. A little about me and my family... I'm married to my high-school sweetheart, Jen, and have been blessed with three kids. Gina (14), Brianna (4), and Tony bag-o-doughnuts (1). I am a telephone man by day, part-time author when I have some free time, and a transformer all the time!

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

that every day is a new day. Transformation is about changing the way I think, feel and perceive--about focusing thoughts and actions in positive and beneficial ways. And to always keep learning and growing.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I cannot believe that the purpose of life is (merely) to be happy. I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate. I think it is above all to matter, to count, to stand for something. To have it make some difference that you lived at all." ~Leo Rosten ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

My Goals

Maintain an attitude of Gratitude, and care to share. My specific goals for Transformation 2009 are ((1)) Commit 30 min each day to my accountability group in order to offer support and learn from my friends there. ((2)) I will workout with weights 3 times a week and 3 cardio days (adding 1/2 mile to my running every other week). ((3)) I will fill in my gratitude journal every morning. Thanks to my friend, Laura for sharing the following video in her blog-- "The Optimist's Creed"...as it is full of many goals I will aspire to reach.

My Intentions

I intend to be my best and commit to continue learning throughout my life. I intend to make it right with some relationship problems I'm having in the family. One last intention for now-Don't worry, Be Happy!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My family& friends, YOU and me, and hopefully Bill ! My friends, for all of us, the best is yet to come!! Follow the path Bill has paved for us, and study his plans to a T. They have worked for millions, and they will work for you and me. =) Snowflake
