PITFALLS

I'm back from a two year break.  I thought I had my physical, mental, and spiritual body under control and was given some responsibility that took all my extra time.  I'm not as strong as I thought I was.  I have slipped in all three areas.  Stress will do that, but, thats not an...

Kennie - Being accountable allows me to stay in recovery. I do feel different. I am not filled with a sense of uncontrollable behavior and I am learning to love and accept who I am , as I am right now. I have been on T-Com almost 2 years. I have both books and am slowly adding aspects in. I have done the steps 2 times and am working on my third right now. I find I learn more each time I do them. I am working on lifelong change and I am choosing to do it in small increments. I say my affirmation every day. I post my goals and my results for those goals every week. I do the same each day with my food plan. Today I am meeting with a trainer to discuss what to do to add in movement without aggravating my current injuries and creating any new ones. I'm a little nervous and anxious about it but I know it will be fine. How about you? How has your journey been? Thanks for your encouragement! Sandy

HEEEEYYYYYY My friend!! There you are!!How are you doing?!! I miss you, but I am so glad to see your post on my profile. Well I'm still here but with even MORE energy and enthusiasm. I feel stronger and clothes certainly have gone done in sizes which is pretty cool. Are you still running on all those marathons or half marathons like years back? I know you love running. Any case, I hope everything is well with you. Energized Hugs - Yoly

I Am

I'm a wife of a wonderful husband, we've been married 27 years, mother of 6 children who love dance, music and being acitive, a Sp. Ed. Teacher 30 years, I help run my husband and I's 2 small businesses, I'm an active participant in our church (currently serving 3 year olds) I have a strong understanding of God and what he has done for me, I am alive because he allowed me to be. I love the new me. I love to keep busy. I love helping others learn to love themselves. I love to read self help books. I love improving me.

My Favorite Charity

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints-Missionary fund

To me, Transformation Means

Being in control of physical, emotional, and spiritual self. I will never be finished. There is always a new level of strength whether that is physical emotional on spiritual.

My Goals

To be more in control of my physical, spiritual, and emotional body and to be able to continue to send out the positive message of how everyone can gain more energy and health too. I want to develop a transformation team in Yuma, run Denver marathon for he 2nd time.

My Intentions

Learning more and more and becoming who God would have me be. To be able to give help to those in need emotionaly, physically and spiritually. I will always have room to improve me and thus help improve and serve others.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Everyone! I've learned that this new me feels good enough to want everyone to feel great too. I'm especially working on my friends and associates. My friends at church see me and already have the mindset of wanting to be the best, so I can support them as they request.
