A New Day

It's amazing how our attitude sometimes gets us in trouble. I feel so much better today and it's mostly because I took a hard look at my attitude. Bill said at the Rich Cleaner conference this year that each one of his customers is important to him. Change

I've been down in the dumps today. I want so much for people that tell me they want to change to actually start doing it. I challenged my whole school and only 3 actually did anything. I so totally have always felt the power of giving. My husband and I were in a serious car accident 8 years ago that should have taken both our lives. We T boned a semi. BE THE INSPIRATION

I love watching and getting inspired by everyone on this site. I feel great. I only have 7.5 pounds to meet my goal. positives and negatives

I'm so excited I lost 4 pounds. I've only got 8 to go and I'll be at my goal weight. But, that's not all: Giving myself positive rewards for weight loss, overcoming my biggest problem, works. Negative reinforcers do too. I didn't get a free day last week because I didn't lose the weight and it made me work harder and chose more wisely my carbs and amounts. Weaknesses and overcoming them

My biggest weakness to overcome my body is rewarding myself with food. I'll get a treat as soon as I finish this job or if I lose 20 pounds I'll go out and eat. I've mostly overcome the grossness of this issue, but my free days have been out of control and I've gotten physically sick because of it. Punishments and rewards

Assignment #5 was easy to give a punishment, take away the free day. But, then it felt like a reward when I got the free day. So, I limited my free day to just one piece of apple pie.
