Why do I want to make the transformation? I want to make a transformation of my life to be more positive, focused and find the small joys in life and celebrate them. I want to be a strong role model for my kids, myself and the people who's lives I touch every day. I want to make the transformation because I want to prove to myself above all that I can achieve anything I put my mind to by using the power of prayer, faith and my own hard work and dedication to succeed!

Thanks for the welcome. I appreciate it, I think that I'm going to enjoy this new challenge, I like the direction Bill has gone in since his past books - it's more "complete" (?) somehow. Good luck and keep in touch.

I Am

I am a married mother of 2, 41 years old, love to be active, have a dog. I work with Senior Citizens helping to keep them active into their "golden" years and I am working at keeping those years "golden" for as many of them as I can! 8)

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation to me...challenge, change, doing something new, trying new things, growing, changing my mindset to inspire success versus doing the same things and getting the same results.

My Goals

My personal goal is to feel healthy, strong and empowered in a stronger more physically fit body. I am striving for losing 10% body fat, and 20 pounds. I am working towards making the time to exercise my faith by reading my bible if only for a few minutes a day, but doing it every day.

My Intentions

I intend to work out 6 days a week. I am currently training for my first 1/2 marathon, so continue my run training but also add my weight training in 2 days a week.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to in the end inspire my husband and kids to get off the couch and find something they like and DO IT!
