I'm a 55 year old female who would love to change her life. I want to turn back the clock, and I've wasted years and years being unfit and depressed and extremely overweight. I started dong something about it two years ago, and I'm ready to take the next step. I care about lots of things, but mostly I want to help other people so they don't spend years like I did, depressed and unhappy.
