29th & 30th Aug

I dont want to post this.... but hell thats what responsibility is about!29th August9.30am  protein shake10.20am coffee11am cottage cheese & yoghurt1pm veggie wrap & tea. ..and glass water3pm  yoghurt4pm two small packets of burger rings (corn snacks)4.50pm - work drinks .. two glasses bubbles (we hit target for the quarter!) handful cashews, about 12 chips and 5 dips of salsa or guacamole7pm - now in the drinks mood... two large glasse...

exercise - none! forgot that i had booked a facial and stone massage with my flatmate tongiht so had planned gym for tongiht.9.30am - protein shake & 750 ml water 10am   coffee12pm went out for sushi for lunch, discovered i had left my money at home so drove home... had wholemeal pita pocket with veggie pattie, half a capsicum, halapenos and some hummus & 750 ml water3pm   cottage cheese and yoghurt & 750 ml water5pm protein bar6...
