29th August

9.30am  protein shake

10.20am coffee

11am cottage cheese & yoghurt

1pm veggie wrap & tea. ..and glass water

3pm  yoghurt

4pm two small packets of burger rings (corn snacks)

4.50pm - work drinks .. two glasses bubbles (we hit target for the quarter!) handful cashews, about 12 chips and 5 dips of salsa or guacamole

7pm - now in the drinks mood... two large glasses red wine, veggie lasangna

11pm cup tea

lame excuses - I had planned all my food but my fridge broke, which i discovered friday mornign and had to throw everything out.  end quarter so special

today

9.30a - protein shake

11.30am veggie lasagna (protein good as lentals in it)

1pm trim hot chocolate & piece of bread pudding and glass water

2.30pm  pot of tea

4pm  piece of caramel choc slice

7.15pm (about to eat) veggie burger pattie and veggies & a jug water tonight

lamer excuse - studyign all day and wanted to eat a hell of a lot more junk than i did, still have not managed to get fridge fixed so very little fresh food.

arrrggh.... i know it makes me feel bad.  I can cope with many more difficult issues at work than a broken fridge ruining food... ok... ladder at side..climbing out of rutt again.

Box it up and toss it out. Isolate it. You're doing GOOD!
