9am protein shake and cup tea

10.30am apple and cup coffee

12.30pm 3egg omlette, salad and whole grain roll - 600ml water

3pm cottage cheese and yoghurt

4PM 6 PEPPERMINTS

6.30pm veggie lasagna and water

11.30pm protein shake and glass water (still up at 12.30am studying!)
