Hey Kiwigirl lets hope the rate keeps going down. Not like the rest of the world . NZ hopefully is doing something right . Even if you kick the gym you can still buy weights and continue on. I visited NZ a couple of years ago to visit friends and travelled from north to south - you have a beautifull country Good luck with your training Mickaroo

Two things....Great quote and great photo. Keep hanging in there. Planning your meals and pre-cooking is the way to go to keep it simple and reduce the temptation in when you might be hungry or weak. Us July 21st start club floks got to stick together. Keep up the good work. Mike of HB.

I Am

My external view does not match who I know I am, and as Seneca said "No one will bring back the years, no one will restore you to yourself. Iife will follow the path it began to take, and will neither reverse nor check its course, it will cause no commotion to remind you of its swiftness, but will glide on quietly" I dont want to find myself 30 years older and regretting how i lived my life

My Favorite Charity

SPCA - Society for the Protection of Animals

To me, Transformation Means

becoming the best I can be..rather than just dreaming about it.

My Goals

To get my BMI into healthy range, to respect myself ... and to stop this scary trip into seditary, overweight, unhappy middle age before my time.

My Intentions

To match the "me" i see in my head to the "me" in the mirror. to start each day joyously and to make the world better for me being in it. To spend my time doing things ... rahter than spending it regretting that i didnt.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My sister, and myself. I have already since starting suprised myself and discovered i LOVE lifting weights!
