Warm welcomes on this Thursday morning. I will be here for you no matter what along with so many others. This site is inspiring, and yields all the ingredients needed to start and finish this challenge. One suggestion, look into Bills blog and start your assignments. I can’t tell you how much more fulfilling this journey is when you complete each one. I am almost finishing up week 5 and can tell you that this program is not only helping me regain control of my physical state, but my mental and spiritual side.
