2 Day Trip!

Our 2 day trip to Sandusky, Ohio was really fun!!  The hubby and the older 2 boys (12,11) had a great time riding the rollercoasters!!  They have the most rollercoasters of any of the theme parks.  This one called the Top Thrill Dragster ~ Goes from o to 120 mph in 4 second and the ride lasts only 17 seconds total!!  It is really something to see!!  I don't do coasters, so I took the youngest boy (8) with me and we did some rides he could do and also played 36 holes of putt-putt golf.  We did this two days in row and also played in Splash Zone!  Huge water area for younger kids!!  My daughter (14) split her time with hubby and me!! 

I definitely got my workouts in with walking all over the place and carrying my youngest every once in a while!!  Eating was almost non-existant.  Not much healthy food to eat!  I did my best when I did choose something though!

The drive down and back wasn't bad at all!  The kids slept on and off and then would watch tv or play games! 

We didn't get home until Friday morning at 2 am!  I had to be up early to wake my daughter and take her babysitting.  Needless to say I was exhausted Friday night!  Then on Saturday, we had a party for one of my hubby's coworkers who had left my hubby's store!!  The weather was horrible (rainy, thunder and lightning), but everyone had a great time and got quite hammered!  I can't and don't drink!!  I think that I am allergic to alcohol.  Everytime I drink I get violently ill.  I don't mind at all though.  I also used to be afraid to drink since alcoholism runs in our family!!  Sometimes it bothers me though that I can't even have just one!  I haven't had a drink in 10 years!!  WOW!!

Anyhow, if any of you are ever looking for a fun place to go, take the trip to Sandusky, Ohio!!  Lots of fun!!
